View a Guest's Reservation History

This article explains how to review a guest’s reservation history in the Indio platform. Viewing reservation history provides insights into the guest’s past stays, preferences, and payment records, enabling better service and streamlined management.

  1. Navigating to the Add Guest Section
    1. Login
      Use your credentials to access the dashboard.



    2. Navigate to the Front Desk
      From the main menu, click on Front Desk.




    3. Navigate to the Guests Tab



    4. Search for Guest
      Use the Search Bar to find the guest by their name, phone number, or email address.



  2. Access Reservation History
    1. Select the Guest
      Click on the Guest’s name from the search results to open their profile. 




    2. Navigate to Reservation History Section



  3. Reviewing Past Reservation Details
    1. View a List of Past Reservations
      The Reservation History will display a chronological list of all past and current stays, including:



      1. Reservations Dates (arrival and departure)
      2. Payment Summary (charges and payments made)
    2. Open Individual Reservations
      Click on a specific reservation to view additional details, such as:




      1. Payment breakdown
      2. Notes added during the stay
      3. Special accommodations or adjustments
  4. Troubleshooting Common Issues
    1. Reservation History Not Displayed
      Confirm that the guest has all past reservations connected to their profile or double check for duplicate profiles and consolidate.
    2. Incomplete Records
      Ensure all reservations were finalized or properly closed to appear in history.
