How to Update Guest Contact Information

This article explains how to update a guest’s phone number, email, or mailing address in Indio. Accurate guest details ensure smooth communication and an up-to-date database.

  1. Navigating to the Add Guest Section
    1. Login

      Use your credentials to access the dashboard.



    2. Navigate to the Front Desk
      From the main menu, click on Front Desk.


    3. Navigate to the Guests Tab



    4. Search for Guest
      Use the Search Bar to find the guest by their name, phone number, or email address.




  2. Open the Guest Profile
    1. Select the Guest

      Click on the Guest’s name from the search results to open their profile.

    2. Review Existing Information
      Verify the current contact details (phone number, email address, and mailing address) need to be updated. 



  3. Update Contact Information
    1. Click the Edit button to modify the desired fields



      1. Phone Number
      2. Email Address
      3. Mailing Address



    2. Click Save
  4. Troubleshooting Common Issues
    1. Profile Not Found
      Double check the search criteria (e.g., correct spelling of name).
    2. Update Not Saving
      Ensure all required fields are completed and use the correct data formats necessary.
    3. Duplicate Entries Detected
      Merge or consolidate duplicate profiles to maintain database accuracy.
