- Navigating to the Add Guest Section
- Login
Use your credentials to access the dashboard.
- Navigate to the Front Desk
From the main menu, click on Front Desk. - Navigate to the Guests Tab
- Search for Guest
Use the Search Bar to find the guest by their name, phone number, or email address.
- Login
- Open the Guest Profile
- Select the Guest
Click on the Guest’s name from the search results to open their profile.
- Review Existing Information
Verify the current contact details (phone number, email address, and mailing address) need to be updated.
- Select the Guest
- Update Contact Information
- Click the Edit button to modify the desired fields
