- Navigate to the Reports Section
- From Reports, Select Maintenance List

Using the current date will give you the most accurate list of maintenance items. - Site Type
Using All will give you the most accurate list of all maintenance items. However you can break this report down by site types and create one report per site type. - Site Type

Use this filter to choose how you would like your list sorted.

- Click Build
- Build Report From Filters
- Click Export or Print to Make a Copy of Report for Employees.
