How to Print a Maintenance Report

This article explains how to print a maintenance list from Indio, providing staff with a physical copy of site tasks for efficient communication and management.

1. Navigating to Maintenance Reports
   
   1. Login
      

      Use your credentials to access the dashboard.
      
      
      
      

   2. Navigate to the Reports Section
      
      
      
   3. From Reports, Select Maintenance List
      
      
      
      
2. Building a Maintenance List Report
   
   
   
   
   1. Build Report From Filters
      
      
      
      
      1. Park
         

         Choose the relevant park.

      2. Date
         Using the current date will give you the most accurate list of maintenance items.
         
      3. Site Type
         Using All will give you the most accurate list of all maintenance items. However you can break this report down by site types and create one report per site type.
         
      4. Site Type
         

         Using All will give you the most accurate list of all maintenance items. However you can break this report down by site types and create one report per site type.

      5. Sort By
         Use this filter to choose how you would like your list sorted.
   2. Click Build
      
      
      
      
3. Click Export or Print to Make a Copy of Report for Employees. 
   1. Double Check List
      
      
      
      
   2. Click Print
