There are various reasons a site might be on hold. It could be set aside for maintenance or housekeeping. Sometimes, special events or groups might require certain sites to be reserved. Here's your step-by-step guide to retrieving a Hold:
- Get to the Front Desk
- Look at the menu on the left side of your screen.
- Click on "Front Desk."
- If you can't see "Front Desk," click "Back" at the top to go to the main menu. Then, click “Front Desk.”
- If you can't see "Front Desk," click "Back" at the top to go to the main menu. Then, click “Front Desk.”
- Click on Reservations
A new menu will show up. Click on "Reservations." - Pick the List View
You'll see three ways to look at reservations: List, Chart, and Map. Click on "List" at the top left. - Finding a Site Hold
- If the Site Hold Does Not Include a Guest, Group, or Special Name:

You can search for the Site Hold by dates and/or site details. Here's how:

Start with the Date Box

Click on the date box located under the "Search" box.

Click "Start" and choose the start date of the hold from the pop-up calendar. Then, pick the end date. If you're not sure, pick a range.

Make sure that you have selected “On Hold” from the list located just below the Filters box.
Note: If you want to search without date constraints, be sure the date box is empty. You can clear any dates by clicking the calendar icon/ “X” on the right side of the box. Again, be sure that you have selected “On Hold” from the list located just below the Filters box.

- Use Filters to Find a Site Hold
- Click on the "Filters" box on the left side menu of the “List” tab and under the date box.
- From the dropdown menu, click "Site Hold" under Reservation Type.
- Refine your search by selecting the type of hold, site type, and site number.
- Click anywhere outside this filter dropdown menu to apply the filters.
- Click on the "Filters" box on the left side menu of the “List” tab and under the date box.
- Use Filters to Find a Site Hold
- View the Site Hold Details
- The list will update to show sites on hold that match your criteria.
- Find the site hold you’re interested in and click its "Confirmation" number.
- The guest's site hold details will slide out like a drawer from the right side of the screen. This drawer provides a detailed view where you can review the hold's specifics, make changes, cancel the hold, or convert the hold into a reservation.

- If the Site Hold Includes a Guest, Group, or Special Name:
- You can search for the Site Hold using the name. Here's how:
- Search by Name:
- In the "Search" box located under the "List" tab, type the guest's, group's, or special name.
- As you type, a list will appear with potential matches based on the name you’ve entered.
- Make sure that you have selected “On Hold” from the list located just below the Filters box.
- Narrow Down the Search with Dates
- After typing the guest's, group's, or special name, click on the date box located under the "Search" box.
- Click "Start" and choose the start date of the hold from the pop-up calendar. Then, pick the projected end date. If you’re not sure, select a range.
- Make sure that you have selected “On Hold” from the list located just below the Filters box.

- Search by Name:
- You can search for the Site Hold using the name. Here's how:

- Select the Hold
- The list will be updated based on your search criteria.
- Click on the "Confirmation" number that matches the hold you're looking for.
- The details of the Site Hold will slide out like a drawer from the right side of the screen.
- Review and Manage the Hold
Here, you have the option to review the details, make any necessary changes, cancel the hold, or even convert the hold into a reservation.
- Select the Hold

5. Close the Site Hold Details
Done looking? Click outside the details on the right, and they'll go away.
