How to Disable a Site for Online Booking

This article explains how to disable online booking for a site in Indio, preventing guest bookings while keeping it visible for internal use.

1. Navigating to Maintenance Reports
   
   1. Login
      

      Use your credentials to access the dashboard.
      
      
      
      

   2. Navigate to Site Setup
      
      
      
   3. Select Sites
      
      
      
2. Disabling Online Booking 
   
   
   
   
   1. Click the Three Dots in the Action Column for Relevant Site. 
      
      
      
   2. Choose Edit
      
      
      
      
      
   3. Double Check This is the Correct Site
      
      
      
   4. Click Button for Available for Online Booking – Button Should Now Be Gray
      
      
      
      
   5. Click Save
      
      
      
      
3. Turning Online Booking Back On
   
   1. Click the Three Dots in the Action Column for Relevant Site. 
      
      
      
      
   2. Choose Edit
      
      
      
      
   3. Double Check This is the Correct Site
      
      
      
      
   4. Click Button for Available for Online Booking – Button Should Now Be Green
      
      
      
      
   5. Click Save
      
      
      
      
4. Holds for Specific Dates
   If you know that dates that a site will be unavailable for online booking, rather than an unknown future date, you can put a hold on the site. Please reference How to Place a Hold On a Site.
